Job Summary

Targray is currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join its Solar Division and support our business growth in United States.  We are looking for a USA based team player who:

You will be a driver for new business development within the Renewable Energy Industry in Solar and Energy Storage in the Growing US market.  Our focus is the distribution of solar and energy storage materials and products with a focus on supply chain financing solutions to our customer/suppliers.  You will reach out to all potential customers/suppliers within the country, identify the opportunities, and spearhead the development of solutions together with our internal teams (Risk, Legal, Finance and Operation).

This position is home-office based.

 Responsibilities

  • Through personal networking/web searches/traveling and participating in trade shows & calls, reach out to all potential customers/suppliers and explore any new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers/suppliers.
  • Develop the deal structures and work with all stakeholders based on internal guidelines and process requirements.
  • Report and update on market trends & product development to management on a regular basis.
  • Follow up and support order executions together with our operations team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in Renewable Energy - especially in the Solar and Energy Storage Sector
  • Experience with Renewable Power Energy Storage Systems.
  • Strong existing network of relevant contacts including suppliers and customers.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with team members on a remote basis.
  • Ability to work independently and close deals with minimum guidance and support.
  • Understanding of Trade Financing and the Supply Chain is an asset.
